　　螺紋塞規(gui)的種類介紹(shao)：

　　螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)可分為(wei)普通(tong)粗牙(ya)、細牙(ya)和(he)管子(zi)螺(luo)紋(wen)三種。螺(luo)距(ju)(ju)為(wei)0.35毫(hao)米(mi)或更小(xiao)的(de)，2級精度及(ji)高(gao)于2級精度的(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)，和(he)螺(luo)距(ju)(ju)為(wei)0.8毫(hao)米(mi)或更小(xiao)的(de)3級精度的(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)都沒有止端測頭。100毫(hao)米(mi)以下的(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)為(wei)錐柄螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)。100毫(hao)米(mi)以上的(de)為(wei)雙柄螺(luo)紋(wen)塞(sai)規(gui)。

　　如(ru)果被(bei)測螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)能夠與螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)通(tong)規旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)合通(tong)過，且與螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)止(zhi)規不完全旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)合通(tong)過(螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)止(zhi)規只允許與被(bei)測螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)兩段旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)合，旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)合量不得超過兩個螺(luo)(luo)距)，就表明被(bei)測螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)的作用中(zhong)徑沒(mei)(mei)有超過其大實體牙型的中(zhong)徑，且單(dan)一中(zhong)徑沒(mei)(mei)有超出其小實體牙型的中(zhong)徑，那么就可以保證旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)合性和連接強度，則被(bei)測螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)中(zhong)徑合格。

　　螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)塞(sai)規上(shang)的(de)“T”代(dai)表(biao)通規，“Z”代(dai)表(biao)止規。檢查螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)時(shi)，要使通規能與(yu)工(gong)件螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)旋合(he)通過，而(er)止規與(yu)工(gong)件螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)旋合(he)量少于兩個螺(luo)距(ju)時(shi)，才(cai)算(suan)合(he)格(ge)。普通螺(luo)紋(wen)(wen)塞(sai)規的(de)常用精度為6H，7H級。
